The Cottage is a delightful country cottage in the heart of the Shenandoah Vall ey only 50 feet from the main house!
With a queen bedroom upstairs and twin day-bed downstairs, the Cottage is the ideal destination for a couple wanting to private getaway to relax and unwind for a weekend or a week-long vacation. The cottage is part of South Court Inn Bed & Breakfast, so you get all the pampering of a B & B guest, but with all the privacy and seclusion you want.
The Cottage Bed & Breakfast option features:
- Living room w/ 35" cable-connected TV, VCR and DVD player
- Sofa that converts to 2 single beds
- Dining table with chairs
- Private, ceramic-tiled bathroom with shower
- Queen bedroom upstairs with cable-connected TV and DVD player
- 2nd story deck
- Wet-bar area with 60" whirlpool tub
- Refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, electric water kettle
- Patio with pergola and large lawn area
- Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board
- Breakfast daily in the main house
- Reserved parking space in front of cottage
There is a 2 night minimum for weekends and federal holidays.
1 night: Sun – Thurs: $179
2 nights: Sun – Thurs: $150 per night
1 night: Fri or Sat: $225
2 nights: Fri and Sat: $175 per night
Weekend rates apply to all 3 days of federal holiday weekends

PLEASE NOTE:
The private rental cottage may also be booked at any time without the Bed & Breakfast option. This means breakfast is not included. Linens are provided but not changed.
No other guest services are provided.
Rates:
Weekdays: $125 per night / 2 persons; $150 per night / 4 persons
Weekend: $150 per night
