South Court Cottage

The newly renovated South Court Cottage affords a country home getaway with a towny twist. Inspired by the precocious daughters of the home's original owner, the cottage is fun, light and quirky, and it is a bit of a rebel. The Cottage features lots of room to spread out, a fully functional kitchen, private outdoor grill, living room with large screen LCD TV and a queen bed upstairs with a 32" LCD TV. The Cottage does not include the 3-course breakfast served to guests who stay in the main house rooms, but guests can request a pre-stocked refrigerator with all the breakfast staples for self-prepared breakfast.  Contact us directly for details. 

The South Court Cottage includes the cottage with private patio, upper-level outdoor deck, towels, robes to use during your stay, option to add the Inn's packages as well as an option for a pre-stocked breakfast refrigerator.

A two night minimum applies. 

The Cottage features: 

• Living room w/52" flat screen LCDTV plus a bedroom w/32" flat screen LCDTV, each with cable TV and complimentary Netflix
• Full kitchen downstairs with range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, french press, water kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils
• Salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, set of spices and oil in cottage to facilitate cooking
• Eating area downstairs (Breakfast nook in the kitchen) is a granite table with antique oak chairs
• Private, ceramic-tiled bathroom downstairs with shower and towel warmer
• Queen bed upstairs atop a narrow historic staircase (we do not recommend the Cottage for guests with mobility concerns)
• Patio with pergola overlooking the large common lawn area
• Outdoor gas grill for exclusive Cottage guest use
• Private parking pad by the cottage
• 785 square feet not including the bathroom
